Chad was great, communicated well and in timely manner, was there for any questions and delt with me for about 4years to get me my home. BUT the company it's self needs to rethink their process. YOUR client needs to know they are actually approved before the last process you have now. I already was scheduled for my closing on Friday and on Tuesday the underwriter told me I couldn't get the loan because something they told me in the beginning was fine and that they could do it and then backed out of their word at the last minute! So if I had not had the extra16,000 to pay off a loan I would not have been able to get my home and I would have been out a couple thousand on top of that! I shouldn't have found out that there was a problem with what was agreed upon 3days before closing that causes problems for everyone. In my opinion you should know for sure that you can give a person the loan before they start getting inspections on a home so they don't waste money they may not be able to pay again or find out at the very end that they need more money that they can't afford to pay. Rest his soul but if it had not been for my dad's life insurance I would not have been able to pay the extra 16,000 that was not part of original agreement! And would not have been able to come up with it. Rethink your process to help people know what they need to have before giving them their dream and then riping it away if that can't do any extra!

I wanted to take a minute and email you regarding the closing from last week. I just wanted to let you know that I am in love with the e-signature closings. It saved me time at the closing table and money because of less documents to print. As busy as everyone is lately, e-signature closings are the way to go. We print mounds & mounds of documents for closings daily. Most average around 150 pages. I printed 60ish pages for this closing. When we are back to back in closings daily, a closing package with 60 pages saves us time in the closing room. Between that and the awesome, quick funding on the file, it was a win-win.
